Mixed media textile image 'Peace' by I Am Prayerful.
Monoprinted fabric, in hot orange and coral colours, with layers of gold lace and organza, Czech glass beads, embroidery and vintage sequins. The background to this piece contains imprints of sunburst patterns and wooden hand printing blocks. Lots of detail, with graduated colour seed beads across the centre, and a scattering of bronze sequins and french knots in the lower left hand corner.
The picture is framed, and signed on the reverse along with the following scripture:
" The Lord gives strength to his people;
The Lord blesses his people with peace." Ps 29:11
Framed in a standard 20cm square white shadow box frame. The piece is mounted on a 16cm square mounting board, and designed for a 13.75cm square aperture.
