This picture carries a sense of God's love for the earth, its abundance, and His joy when we live peacefully in fellowship and community.
Gorgeous monoprinted linen in beautiful jewel tones, on a heavily manipulated printing plate, with layers of lace and organza, Czech glass beads, a range of embroidered stitches and vintage sequins.
The picture is framed, and signed on the reverse along with the following scripture:
"If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing." 1 Cor 13:1-3
Framed in a standard 45cm square pewter shadow box frame. The piece is mounted on a 39.75cm square mounting board, and designed for a 27.75cm square aperture.
